  1. Open the AYA App: Begin by launching the AYA app on your device. You will find yourself on the Homescreen, where your adventure begins.
  2. Access the Menu: Look towards the top right-hand corner of your Homescreen. Here, you will see a menu icon represented by three horizontal lines. Tap on this icon to reveal AYA's comprehensive menu options.
  3. Select Mindfulness: Within the menu, you will notice various options. Locate and tap on "Mindfulness" to proceed to the heart of AYA's new feature designed to enhance your mental wellness.

Exploring Mindfulness Features

  1. Explore Mindfulness Features: Once you are in the Mindfulness section, you will be greeted by an array of choices. Across the top menu, you have the freedom to sort your experience by movement, meditation, or music, allowing you to tailor your mindfulness practice to your current mood or preference.
